By downloading, installing, or using the AI Chat App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides AI-powered chat functionality where users can create and interact with artificial intelligence characters. The service includes both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings

3.2 Free Trial

• Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• You may cancel during the trial period to avoid charges

3.3 Pricing and Changes

• Subscription prices are subject to change with notice
• Price changes will not affect existing subscribers during their current billing period

4. User Accounts and Conduct

4.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Share inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service
• We do not claim ownership of your conversations or created characters

5.2 Our Content

• The App, including AI models and characters, are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime

• We strive to provide consistent service but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability

7.2 Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Premium subscribers will be notified of material changes affecting their subscription

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Limitations

• The AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

8.2 Damages

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

9.1 By You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
• Account deletion requests can be made through the App settings

9.2 By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Refunds for terminated accounts are at our discretion

10. Refund Policy

10.1 Apple App Store

• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
• Contact Apple Support for refund requests

10.2 Our Policy

• We may provide refunds at our discretion for technical issues
• Refunds are typically not provided for change of mind

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
